1. Who You Are Buying From

2. Orders
Product listings are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, you will be refunded in full.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and are final. Under §19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung) no VAT is charged or shown.
Shipping costs are added at checkout and displayed before you confirm.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. Available methods are shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details and for what happens if an order is delayed.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
See our Refund & Return Policy. Consumers in the EU and UK additionally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, set out in our Widerrufsbelehrung.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical item. Dimensions are approximate.

All content on this site is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Otherwise, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
11. Dispute Resolution
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
